TR SolidsControl’s shale shaker is the primary solids control equipment in the drilling fluid system, designed to effectively separate large solid particles (drill cuttings) from drilling mud. Our design, available in both double and triplicate configurations, delivers reliable performance with high G-force, a wide screening area, and adjustable screen angles—all in a compact, cost-effective package. Utilizing imported vibration motors and advanced technology, our shale shakers are engineered to ensure efficient mud cleaning, prolong equipment life, and reduce overall drilling costs. They can also function as an underflow vibrating screen for mud cleaners.
